Job summary

Leighton Asia in Hong Kong is seeking a capable professional to ensure correct supplier documentation and coordinate inspection with Engineering, Construction and Quality teams for project goods. You will liaise with external parties to understand equipment/material requirements and support overall planning and coordination.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Services or related fields with at least 3 years of experience; experience with main contractors is

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Services or relevant disciplines is required.
• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
• Experience in main contractors is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Check supplier/delivery paperwork in line with the standard documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering / Construction / Quality departments for inspection of the goods.
• Liaise with external parties in understanding the requirements in terms of equipment and materials etc.
• Assist in overall project planning and co-ordination.
