Job summary

Man Kit Construction Company Limited is seeking a project coordinator to monitor quality and schedule. You will prepare progress reports, coordinate with the site team, and manage shop drawings and method statements to meet contract requirements.

You will liaise with clients, architects and consultants for inspections and as-built submissions, leveraging AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency. A higher diploma in Building Studies is preferred with 2–4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines.
• 2-4 years related working experience in Building Construction works, preferably with Main Contractor.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office; and
• Self-motivated with excellent problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare progress reports and working schedule.
• Co-ordinate with site team members to monitor the quality and work progress of the project.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements and materials submissions to meet the contractual requirements; and
• Liaise with client, architect and consultants for inspection and as-built drawing submission.
