Job summary

AA Choice Personnel Consultancy Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator / Site Coordinator (Up to 26) to supervise renovation and new projects on site in Hong Kong Island. You will conduct on-site supervision, monitor progress, prepare site documents and reports, and communicate with consultants, contractors and residents to resolve site issues.

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred, with English and Cantonese skills essential.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year site experience or related experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outdoor site checking for workmanship and progress of renovation and new projects.
• Conduct project on-site supervision, monitor & report project progress.
