Job summary

SKK (H.K.) Co. Limited is seeking a site supervisor to coordinate with the Sales team and support ongoing construction projects. You will monitor workmanship standards and material usage, liaise with contractors, and assist with preparing site documents and reports.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma in Building Studies or related fields, with at least 2 years of site experience, and can communicate effectively in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines with minimum 2 years solid site experience.
• Responsible, self-motivated and detail-minded, able to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese.
• Good knowledge of PC, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales team in handling supervision and monitoring of ongoing projects.
• Provide technical support and liaise with contractors.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship standards and material usage efficiency.
• Prepare site documents and reports.
