Job summary

Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Concierge Assistant who will greet guests, provide personalized city recommendations, and share up-to-date information on local activities and restaurants.

The role requires at least one year in hotel guest services, a certificate in hotel management or equivalent, fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and a proactive, joyful approach to guest interactions.

What we need from you
