Conyers Corporate Services (HK) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Compliance Review Assistant on a contract basis to support the Corporate Services team in performing periodic and compliance reviews of companies.
You will report to the Head of Corporate Services in Hong Kong and supervise reviews, interpret corporate records, and assist with ad hoc projects while ensuring AML/compliance policy adherence and regulatory requirements.

We are currently seeking for high caliber candidates to join our Corporate Services team for the position of Compliance Review Assistant (Contract).
Report to the Head of Corporate Services in Hong Kong office and Supervisors in the review team.
Assist the corporate secretarial team to conduct periodic and compliance reviews of companies.
Review documents to ensure compliance with the firm's AML and compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
Interpret transaction information contained in company records and statutory registers (e.g. registers of members and directors).
Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by the Head of Corporate Services and Supervisors in the review team
Degree holder with at least 3 years' relevant experience in corporate compliance, company secretarial, governance, AML/KYC, audit or a related field.
Candidates from accounting or audit bacgrounds (eg. CPA firms) should have experience reviewing corporate records, regulatory compliance requirements, and corporate governance matters.
Experience in dealing with corporate secretarial or compliance matters of offshore companies will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office computer skills (including V-lookup).
ViewPoint experience is an asset but not essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support the team as required.
