Pane e Latte, a Positano-inspired Italian bakery on the Stanley coast in Hong Kong, is seeking a Junior Cook and Junior Pastry Chef. Pirata Group invites energetic, team-focused individuals to join this vibrant outlet and develop their kitchen skills.

You will set up the kitchen, assist senior chefs across hot and cold sections, and help deliver dishes to a high standard. English fluency is required; growth opportunities exist in a diverse, international environment.

• At least 1 year experience in kitchen.

We’re now looking for an energetic Junior Cook and Junior Pastry chef to join Pane e Latte, our Positano-inspired Italian bakery on the stunning Stanley coast.

You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot, cold and tapas production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.
