Job summary

Bakehouse in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Western Kitchen Cook to join our Central kitchen team. You will ensure timely production, maintain high quality, and follow Head Chef instructions to uphold food safety and presentation standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of Western kitchen experience, hotel or group hospitality is a plus, and a strong team spirit. This on-site role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute to a dynamic kitchen.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Western kitchen settings.
• Candidate with Western kitchen experience is preferred; hotel and group experience is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

• Support the efficient operation of Central kitchens.
• Ensure all products are produced in a timely manner and up to excellent quality standard following the instruction by Head Chef.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standard in the kitchen.
• Make sure food quality, portion size, and presentations meet standards.
