Job summary
Links International is recruiting a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong to oversee commercial and contractual aspects across NEC-based projects. The role requires NEC contract proficiency, strong cost reporting, and liaison with clients and stakeholders.

- HKIS and/or RICS qualified.
- Proven hands-on NEC contract experience.
- Experience in infrastructure, engineering, public works or major construction projects.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
- Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events and change control.
- Prepare cost reports, valuations, forecasts and final accounts.
- Monitor project budgets, risks and commercial performance.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and claims.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholder
