Job summary

Links International is recruiting a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong to oversee commercial and contractual aspects across NEC-based projects. The role requires NEC contract proficiency, strong cost reporting, and liaison with clients and stakeholders.

Candidates should hold a Quantity Surveying degree and HKIS/RICS qualifications, with proven NEC experience on major infrastructure or public works projects, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• HKIS and/or RICS qualified.
• Proven hands-on NEC contract experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, engineering, public works or major construction projects.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events and change control.
• Prepare cost reports, valuations, forecasts and final accounts.
• Monitor project budgets, risks and commercial performance.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and claims.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholder
