Job summary

RGH-Global Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Senior QS to lead commercial delivery on building projects.

You will oversee tender reviews, procurement, budgets, payments, variations, and final accounts, guiding the QS team and coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors to protect project profitability.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Solid HK building main-contractor experience with responsibility for commercial delivery and QS-team supervision.
• A track record in procurement, cost control, claims and final-account settlements.
• Sound commercial judgement and the confidence to lead negotiations.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English.
• MRICS, MHKIS or equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage.

Contracts Manager | Building Contractor | Hong Kong

We're looking for an experienced QS or contracts professional to join an established Hong Kong building contractor as Contracts Manager. A strong Senior QS or Assistant Contracts Manager ready for the next step will also be considered.

The role
