Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in managing medium to large scale system implementation projects in banking or finance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in both Waterfall and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive project delivery for Private Bank's business development.
• Communicate with functional units to gather and document business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects while ensuring quality and transparency.
