Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a detail-oriented risk and control professional in Hong Kong to oversee risk and control activities, prepare management information reports, and support accounting reconciliations and administrative processes.

You will lead initiatives on operational improvements, system upgrades, reporting enhancements, and process optimization to ensure smooth delivery of collections services, while assisting the Secured Collections Manager in mortgage and secured lending recoveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Approximately three years of experience in credit risk, risk management and control, or related banking function.
• Professional certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
