Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in debt recovery / secured lending and mortgage business, with exposure to credit control / administration.
• Strong self-motivation, good interpersonal, communication, credit analytic and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in PC applications (MS Word, Excel, Access).
• Bilingual in English and Chinese; Putonghua a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for managing delinquent within the retail secured loan portfolio (mortgage loan).
• Manage HKMC enquiry promptly and professionally; ensure it is reviewed, addressed, and actioned.
• Instruct external law firms for legal proceedings and oversee end-to-end litigation, including repossession and asset disposal.
• Carry out account maintenance and provide administrative support; ensure information is accurate and processes run smoothly.
• Compile and present statistical reports and insights for management review.
• Perform reviews of risk accounts and recommend mitigation actions based on risks.
• Manage customer complaints with prompt acknowledgment and clear communication.
• Conduct investigations to establish facts and determine appropriate resolutions.
