Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is seeking an experienced Collateral Management leader in Hong Kong to guide a team across OTC derivatives, repo, securities lending, and CCP-cleared products. You will own end-to-end collateral lifecycle, drive risk controls, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will partner with Front Office, Risk, Legal, and Operations to implement automation, enhance data quality, and scale processes to support growth while maintaining robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 15+ years in Banking/Financial Markets Operations with 5+ years in collateral management leadership.
• Strong product knowledge across OTC derivatives, repo, securities financing, and CCP products.
• Deep understanding of ISDA/CSA, GMRA, GMSLA frameworks.
• Proven experience with collateral disputes, reconciliations, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a six-person collateral operations team across multiple instruments.
• Oversee margin calculations, calls, disputes, settlements, and reconciliations with adherence to ISDA/CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, and CCP rules.
• Drive automation, workflow optimization, data quality initiatives, and scalable operating models.
• Present operational metrics and risk updates to senior management and governance forums.
