Job summary

CGS International Holdings Limited seeks an Associate Director/Director of the Operations Department to build and lead the full OTC derivatives collateral management function. You will establish policies, workflows and system implementation (including S&P) to meet SFC OTC derivatives requirements and support the Group’s Type 11 licensing initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
• 8-10 years hands‑on experience in collateral/margin management, preferably in OTC derivatives, fixed income, or prime brokerage.
• Strong Excel (VBA/Python/SQL is a plus) for data analysis & automation.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement margin management strategies, including calculation, segmentation, and interest management of variable margin.
• Adjust strategies quickly and notify departments in response to counterparty credit risk or market changes.
• Supervise margin inflows/outflows, including collections/recoveries and bookkeeping system setups.
• Execute margin payments, monitor receipts, and reconcile with margin records.
• Monitor and approve all bookkeeping activities related to margins.
• Collaborate with risk management to participate in margin call decisions for high-risk counterparties.
• Oversee onboarding and annual review workflow for OTC counterparties.
• Ensure accurate counterparty data input into S&P and internal systems.
• Share updated joint margin call counterparties lists with relevant departments.
