Job summary

Global Bank in Hong Kong seeks a Client Solutions Specialist for OTC Derivatives. You will provide client-facing expert support in collateral, valuation and margin services, and participate in solution design and development of the bank's offerings.

You will assist in presales, manage client onboarding, and coordinate cross-training with internal teams. The role requires deep derivatives knowledge and strong communication to build relationships with partners and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in OTC derivatives with 1–2 years in related disciplines.
• Knowledge of derivatives products and front-to-back processes.
• Understanding of valuation controls for complex products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with partners and clients.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA).
• Attention to detail and a strong control environment.
• Self-starter with ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with market data tools such as Bloomberg/Reuters.
• Calypso/Summit/Murex experience is a plus.
