Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient service at the Coffee Shop for all assigned tables during service hours.
• Remain alert and attentive, assist guests to their full satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
• Familiarize with high standards of food and beverage service.
• Assist in supervising Coffee Shop staff, complete side duties and set up tables for functions.
• Assist in supervising and maintaining restaurant equipment and ensure proper handling.
• Handle customer complaints and report to the Supervisor.
• Perform all designated side duties and any other reasonable assignments by the Superior.
