Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a seasoned CNC Team Leader to drive safe, efficient production of precision components in a semiconductor environment. You will lead a small group of machinists, guide process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and mentor operators to lift quality and productivity.

You have 5+ years in CNC machining with 2+ years in a supervising role, strong proficiency in milling and turning, and experience with 4‑axis/5‑axis centers, GD&T, and tooling optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a Team Leader / Supervisor role.
• Strong experience with CNC Milling and Turning.
• Proven experience operating 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers.
• Experience with Mill-Turn (Turning-Milling) machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience in process optimization, tooling selection, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with SolidWorks and SolidCAM.
• Experience machining stainless steel and exotic alloys.
