Job summary

Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong, invites applications for the role of Club Ambassador in its executive lounge. You will assist with daily operations to ensure a smooth and personalized experience in line with Shangri‑La’s service standards.

This role focuses on guest services, concierge support and coordination of F&B and secretarial tasks. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, at least 1 year in service industry (front office or airline ops), and excellent spoken

• At least 1 year of experience in the Service Industry, preferably Front Office or Airline operations.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Handle mails and information and airlines reservations / confirmations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About the Role
