Job summary

Google Cloud in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to empower customers with Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise. You will lead technical engagements, craft POCs, and articulate value to CXOs while partnering with sales to close deals.

You will collaborate with Google Engineering and Professional Services, shape customer solutions, and drive modernization across enterprise productivity and identity platforms in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role with Cloud or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers.
Experience with unified communications and collaboration (UC&C), enterprise productivity solutions, or identity solutions (e.g., Active Directory, Entra, and Mobility Device Management (MDM) software).
Experience with system integrators/service providers (SIs/CSPs) and independent software vendors (ISVs).
Experience with scripting for automation, code development and low code/no code solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive customer technical engagements to address customer requirements and secure technical wins. Educate customers on the power of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, enabling them to drive technical innovation.
Help customers to develop practice with technology goals for creating and building solutions to elevate customer productivity.
Work with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points. Develop solutions and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Advise on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure to implement a complete solution, providing best practice advice to customers.
Act as a technical advocate within Google for Google Workspace technology partners and provide feedback from the field to Google Engineering teams on Google Workspace technologies.
