• Lead discussions to define technical requirements and map them to AWS capabilities.
• Own customer engagements with clear objectives and success criteria.
• Coordinate with technical teams and partners to deliver scalable, secure cloud solutions.
• Educate customers and partners on best practices and AWS services.
