Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and core platform consoles.
• Execute off-hours and weekend production job scheduling and batch jobs.
• Perform daily system health checks and manage data backups.
• Assess changes for operational risks before deployment.
• Alert leads and drive incident escalation to restore service.
• Collaborate with IT project teams on new tech rollouts.
• Maintain SLA compliance with internal and external audits.
