Job summary

Crossings Executive Search in Hong Kong is seeking a System Engineer to own Active Directory and Outlook email responsibilities on client site. You will monitor AD health, perform server maintenance, and implement upgrades to keep critical services running.

The ideal candidate has at least seven years of hands-on experience with AD, Exchange/SQL on Windows servers, and a proven ability to troubleshoot and liaise with vendors. This role requires a degree in IT and on-site work in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of solid experience in AD, email Outlook and related server environments.
• Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Experience in troubleshooting and configuring client-side Outlook and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Check system and server healthiness and performance on daily basis.
• Perform system monitoring, tuning, administration and support.
• Perform system set-up, upgrade or enhancements.
• Troubleshoot incidents and escalate to vendors as needed.
