Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong Co. Limited is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a 12-month contract. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex application migration projects, coordinating business, IT, and vendor teams across planning, scheduling, and execution.

You will manage budgets, proactively identify risks, and ensure governance, risk, and compliance alignment. Mandarin-speaking capability is valued for effective stakeholder communication and project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, including complex application revamps and cloud/PaaS environments.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management and clear communication with business units and IT teams.
• Experience leading medium-sized teams and implementing secure-by-design principles and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex application migration projects, including planning, scheduling, resourcing, and execution across business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and drive delivery against milestones and timelines.
• Manage project budgets through cost monitoring, forecasting, and corrective actions to stay within approved financial parameters.
• Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues, maintain risk registers, and implement mitigation plans to minimise impact on scope and timelines.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee implementation, validation, and deployment to ensure solutions meet business objectives and requirements.
