Pinpoint Asia, on behalf of a leading financial group in Hong Kong, seeks a Cloud Full-Stack Engineer to build cloud-native web apps with TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, NestJS) and Python for a central cloud management portal.

You will deploy and support resilient cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, develop ETL data flows, and embed security in pipelines while enabling AI features to enhance platform intelligence.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years building cloud-native apps with AWS and Azure APIs, SDKs or services.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, React and Python.
• Experience with ETL jobs, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and databases.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud security and networking.
• Experience implementing AI features with LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Cloud Full-Stack Engineer, Leading Financial Group - J13252

Our client is a leading financial group in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Cloud Full-Stack Engineer.

Responsibilities

Construct and maintain robust web applications using TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, and NestJS) to deliver intuitive, responsive user interfaces for the central cloud management portal.

Architect, deploy, and support resilient, high-availability cloud infrastructure and core platform services—spanning IAM, networking, compute, storage, and monitoring—across AWS and Azure.

Program and fine-tune ETL data flows to gather, structure, and persist cloud asset information across multi-cloud environments, ensuring data accuracy and platform performance.

Establish automated build, deployment, and testing pipelines while embedding security controls directly into application development and cloud configurations.

Incorporate artificial intelligence and LLM capabilities—such as operational assistants, natural language querying, automated diagnostics, and interactive bots—to enhance platform intelligence and improve developer productivity.

Requirements

Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technology field.

Core Technical Experience: 3+ years of hands‑on expertise building cloud-native applications, with direct experience consuming AWS and Azure APIs, SDKs, or native cloud services.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript (NestJS, Next.js, React) and Python.

Practical experience developing ETL jobs, using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and working with both relational and NoSQL databases.

Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud networking, distributed architecture, and cloud security frameworks.

Hands‑on experience implementing AI‑driven features using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Strong analytical skills, excellent written and spoken English, and a self‑motivated drive to learn and adopt emerging cloud and AI technologies.
