Job summary
TEKsystems in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Private Cloud Engineer to join a major cloud transformation programme within a large financial services organisation.
This role offers hands-on development of private cloud infrastructure, migration initiatives and collaboration with internal teams and vendors to deliver scalable, secure cloud platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience across cloud, infrastructure or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with private cloud, virtualization or cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud or Tencent Cloud.
- Familiarity with DevOps/automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or similar.
- Cloud migration or infrastructure transformation experience would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for an experienced Private Cloud Engineer to join a major cloud transformation programme within a large financial services organisation in Hong Kong.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants to be involved in a large-scale cloud modernisation programme.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the assessment, design and development of next-generation private cloud infrastructure
- Participate in cloud migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives
- Evaluate different cloud technologies and vendor solutions
