Job summary

Sailglobal is seeking an experienced Cloud Delivery Engineer in Hong Kong to lead private cloud projects from site assessments to handover. You will implement AI platforms, deploy AIStack and MaaS-Opentrek, and drive cloud platform upgrades with rigorous documentation and testing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or above and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong Linux skills, scripting in Shell or Python, and practical exposure to AI model deployment and tuning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Linux skills (CLI, admin, log analysis).
• Scripting in Shell or Python.
• Hands-on AI/LLM platform deployment and tuning.
• Experience with TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, NTP, DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private cloud projects from site assessments to handover.
• Implement AI platforms, including AIStack and MaaS-Opentrek deployments.
• Execute cloud platform upgrades, migrations, and changes with standard procedures.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues with project and engineering teams.
• Support transition to ongoing operations: monitoring, incidents, changes.
• Develop deployment scripts, SOPs to boost automation and consistency.
• Provide on-site customer updates and technical discussions.
