Baxter is seeking a Product Specialist in Hong Kong focusing on Clinical Nutrition and Plasmalyte. The role drives revenue, develops account strategies, and manages tenders across Hong Kong hospitals and clinics.

The position requires a life sciences or related degree, 3+ years in HK sales of hospital products or medical devices, and fluent Cantonese/English with Mandarin. Strong stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of direct B2B or medical device/pharmaceutical sales experience within Hong Kong.
• Proven working knowledge of hospital-based consumables, drugs and medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and KPIs for assigned products across Hong Kong territories.
• Key Account Strategy: Build territory-specific business plans to expand market share and secure hospital formulary listings.
• Tender Management: Lead public tender preparation, contract negotiations, and contract compliance with commercial ops teams.
