Baxter in Hong Kong is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive revenue growth across assigned territories. You will build strategic plans to expand market share, form essential hospital partnerships, and lead tender activities with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a proven B2B or medical device/pharmaceutical sales track record, strong communication skills, and fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. A relevant degree and network within local hospitals are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products across assigned territories in Hong Kong.
• Key Account Strategy: Build robust, territory-specific business plans to expand market share, introduce new product pipelines, and secure hospital formulary listings.
• Tender Management: Lead public tender preparation, contract negotiations, and contract compliance oversight alongside commercial operations teams.
• Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement: Clinical Partnerships: Cultivate strategic relationships with key hospitals and clinics stakeholders.
• Value-Based Selling: Deliver high-impact product presentations and clinical value propositions regarding fluid management and nutritional therapy safety.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Medical Affairs and Marketing to coordinate educational symposia, workshops, and post-sales technical support.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience Degree Holder: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Business Administration.
• Sales Track Record: Minimum 3 years of direct B2B or medical device/pharmaceutical sales experience within Hong Kong.
• Portfolio Expertise: Proven working knowledge or direct experience selling hospital-based consumables, drugs and medical devices.
• Skills & Competencies Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities in bilingual settings.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential.
• Market Insight: Strong existing network within Hong Kong Hospital Authority (HA) hospitals, private hospitals, and key healthcare decision-makers.
• Compliance Mindset: Strict adherence to corporate compliance guidelines, local pharmaceutical/medical device regulations, and governance protocols.
