Baxter in Hong Kong is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive revenue growth across assigned territories. You will build strategic plans to expand market share, form essential hospital partnerships, and lead tender activities with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a proven B2B or medical device/pharmaceutical sales track record, strong communication skills, and fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. A relevant degree and network within local hospitals are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of direct B2B or medical device/pharmaceutical sales experience in Hong Kong.
• Proven ability to sell hospital-based consumables, drugs and medical devices.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and KPIs for assigned products in Hong Kong.
• Develop territory-specific business plans to expand market share and secure hospital formulary listings.
• Lead tender preparation, contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with contracts.
