Job summary

ASPIRE CONSULTANCY GROUP LIMITED is representing a well-established private medical group in Hong Kong. They seek a Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, supervise clinical staff, and drive efficient nursing care and patient safety.

The ideal candidate holds a registered nurse credential with HK Nursing Council and has 3+ years in clinic management, preferably in private settings. English and Chinese proficiency, strong leadership, and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid practising certificate in Hong Kong Nursing Council.
• At least 3 years management experience in clinics/private settings.
• Experience in private medical centres/private hospital is preferred.
• Self-motivated, well-organised and have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Degree holders in health care management or related social science field is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Job Duties:

Oversee daily operations of centre as well as supervising a team of clinical/healthcare staff

Implement professional and efficient nursing care & clinical support to ensure safe care to patients

Ensure operational effectiveness and promote a positive working environment

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and comply with the general operation standards

Focus on strategic planning in clinic operations and enhance efficiency and continuity

Coach and provide training to multi-skilled employees with guidance

Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of equipment

Perform ad hoc project

Job Requirements:
