The Role

• Operational Management & Administration: Oversee day-to-day banking transactions, account setup, account upkeep, reactivation of dormant accounts, and general administrative workflows to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Due Diligence: Handle Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and event-driven account reviews in strict accordance with regulatory and anti-money laundering standards.
• Credit Analysis & Portfolio Oversight: Perform fundamental financial evaluations, credit spreading, cash flow forecasting, periodic loan reviews, waiver processing, and credit risk mitigation.
• Transaction Execution & Support: Assist with structured finance and syndicated loan deal execution, documentation handling, and post-signing follow-ups. Partner with Relationship Managers during periodic client meetings and engagement activities.

Your Profile

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of solid banking background focusing on commercial banking operations, credit support, or syndicated loans.
• Technical Proficiency: Sound foundation in accounting and financial analysis. Progress towards professional designations like CFA or ACCA is considered a distinct advantage.
• High competency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competencies: Strong collaboration abilities, independent problem-solving skills under pressure, and exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal command of English and Chinese, encompassing both Cantonese and Mandarin.
