Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting seeks a Relationship Manager for Syndicated Loans within Corporate Banking in Hong Kong. This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and guiding the syndication loan process from origination to execution.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in corporate banking relationship management, including two in syndication; strong credit analysis and fluent English; Cantonese and Mandarin; familiarity with MS Word, Excel,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 5 years’ experience of relationship management experience in corporate banking, including 2 years of experience in syndication loan origination, structuring, distribution, and execution
• Knowledge in loan syndication is a must
• Strong credit analysis and report writing skills
• Self-motivated, independent, creative, and outgoing

Responsibilities

A fast-growing China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a Syndicated Loans Relationship Manager in her Corporate Banking Department.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships with corporate clients
• Explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing and selling of bank’s corporate financial services in the areas of corporate lending, structured transactions, syndication, treasury, trade financing, or other financial products
• Maintain good relationships with large corporate clients to find the business opportunities for syndication loans
• Provide professional financial solutions and conduct credit analysis and prepare credit proposals
• Involve in leading or participating in the syndication loan process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 5 years’ experience of relationship management experience in corporate banking, including 2 years of experience in syndication loan origination, structuring, distribution, and execution;
• Knowledge in loan syndication is a must;
• Strong credit analysis and report writing skills;
• Self-motivated, independent, creative, and outgoing;
