Job summary

Aon in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Health Solutions to manage and deliver high quality broking services for existing clients. You will drive growth by expanding within the portfolio and pursuing new prospects, while coordinating with insurers and service providers to ensure smooth renewals and issue resolution.

The role requires a university graduate with 5-7 years in Employee Benefits, FLMI or IIQE papers preferred, and strong English and Chinese communication, plus solid MS

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Employee Benefits preferred.
• FLMI or IIQE Paper I–IV preferred.
• Mature self-starter with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• University graduate with 5-7 years of working experience in Employee Benefits is preferred
• Holder of FLMI or passed in IIQE Paper I, II, III & IV are preferred
• Mature and be a self-starter
• Good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills
• Good analytics and negotiations skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
• Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
