Job summary

Trusted Union Limited is seeking a capable General Insurance renewals specialist to manage a renewal portfolio from initial review to policy issuance. The role involves servicing commercial lines including employees' compensation, public liability, PI, property and cyber, with direct client and insurer interaction.

Candidate should have solid HK GI experience, strong attention to detail and be fluent in English and Cantonese, with HK licensing.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of General Insurance renewals from initial review and quotation through recommendation, client confirmation, binding and policy issuance.
• Servicing commercial General Insurance including Employees' Compensation, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Property, Cyber, Directors & Officers, Crime and SME package policies.
• Review renewal premiums and coverage against existing policies and identify where alternative market terms should be considered.
• Manage Employee Benefits and Group Medical clients, employee additions and deletions, mid-term changes and insurer liaison.
• Support Private Medical Insurance enquiries, renewals and ongoing servicing.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the insurance and renewal process.
• Obtain quotations and follow up insurers on outstanding terms and requirements.
• Prepare clear insurance comparisons and client recommendations.
• Maintain accurate client, policy, renewal, task and follow-up information within our CRM.
• Managing deadlines and follow-ups in a structured and disciplined manner.

You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of General Insurance renewals from initial review and quotation through recommendation, client confirmation, binding and policy issuance. This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining strong insurance knowledge with excellent organisation, ownership and follow-through.

Servicing commercial General Insurance including Employees' Compensation, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Property, Cyber, Directors & Officers, Crime and SME package policies.

About you

Solid Hong Kong General Insurance experience.

Good technical knowledge across commercial General Insurance classes.

Experience managing an existing renewal book or client portfolio.

Confidence dealing directly with clients and insurers.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Experience with Employee Benefits / Group Medical.

Strong written and spoken English and Catonsese

Appropriate Hong Kong Insurance Authority licensing for General Insurance, Life licence plus.
