IO Tech Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives in Wealth Management, focusing on client onboarding and lifecycle solutions. The role collaborates with business, technology, operations, and compliance to deliver process improvements.

Key responsibilities include planning, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of projects with a strong emphasis on requirements gathering and UAT.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of project management, business analysis, or product development in financial services.
• Experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Retail Banking is preferred.
• Exposure to client onboarding, KYC/AML, or client lifecycle management is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of requirements gathering, workflow mapping, UAT, and technology implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering and planning through UAT, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, business requirements, and system enhancements.
• Conduct business analysis, map workflows, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare project updates and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and resolve project issues.
