Job summary

Iprospect in Hong Kong is seeking a Digital Performance Manager to lead client campaigns across SEM, Display, Social, and Analytics. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate project execution, and drive insights and performance reporting across campaigns.

The role requires 3+ years in media planning, strong English writing/presentation abilities, and solid relationships with media vendors. Fluency in Cantonese is a plus; this is a full-time on-site position in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of media planning experience in an agency setting.
• Experience in digital performance / integrated marketing programs.
• Strong English writing and presentation skills.
• Good relationships with media vendors.

Responsibilities

• Be at the forefront of Digital knowledge focusing on SEM, Display, Social, Analytics.
• Develop understanding of various digital media channels and their potential for clients' marketing activity.
• Lead day-to-day client relationship, campaign or project development and execution for clients.
• Set and manage expectations of client and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of quality work.
• Lead development of regular results, resource analysis, reporting, recommendations and presentations.
• Assist in business pitches and attend as required.
• Develop the skills and knowledge of the Digital Executive/Specialist through mentoring and feedback.
• Delegate tasks to maintain an acceptable workload.
