Job summary

Dentsu's iProspect Hong Kong is seeking a Digital Performance Manager to lead day-to-day client relationships and drive campaigns across SEM, Display, Social, and Analytics. The role requires shaping strategy from insights to delivery, coordinating internal teams, and presenting results to clients.

You'll mentor juniors, manage workloads, and ensure timely, high-quality work. Cantonese and English fluency are essential, with 5-days workweek and an attractive compensation package.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in media planning in an agency environment.
• Experience in digital performance/integrated marketing programs.
• End-to-end planning from insights to data analytics is a plus.
• Strong relationships with media vendors.
• Proficient in MS Office and English presentation/writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships, campaign development and execution for clients.
• Set and manage expectations of clients and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Lead development of regular results, resource analysis, reporting, recommendations and presentations.
• Help prepare for and attend business pitches as required.
• Develop the skills of the Digital Executive/Specialist through mentoring and feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure an acceptable workload.
• Stay at the forefront of digital knowledge across SEM, Display, Social and Analytics.
• Understand digital channels and their potential in clients' marketing activity.
