Job summary

King-Power-Duty-Free-Co-Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated retail professional to deliver premium client service and drive sales in a luxury boutique environment. You will engage clients, present brand stories, and maintain merchandising standards to meet KPIs.

The role requires 3+ years in retail with strong interpersonal skills and fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua. Competitive compensation includes commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury watches.
Strong drive for business results with positive teamwork attitude.
Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with clients.
Provide outstanding customer service and professional selling techniques.
Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures and standards.
Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
