Job summary

Delta Asia Financial Group in Hong Kong is seeking an administrative professional to support Brokerage and Insurance operations. You will manage account opening for individuals and corporate clients, and ensure compliance through KYC, CDD and AML procedures.

Strong document handling and cross‑department coordination are essential. Applicants should have at least 2 years in finance, proficient MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and fluent English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of solid experience in the financial industry.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operation support on Brokerage and Insurance business.
• Manage the account opening processes for both individual and corporate clients.
• Conduct comprehensive KYC, CDD, and AML procedures, including periodic reviews and investigations of trigger events.
• Handle client fund and stock In/Out.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth commission payout and execution of promotion activities.
• Participate in any projects as assigned
