Job summary

Howden in Hong Kong is seeking a claims professional to support the day-to-day claims function under supervision. You will provide client-focused service, advise on the claims process, and help clients navigate insurers.

You will manage general insurance claims, coordinate with insurers and team members, generate reports, and participate in onboarding and ad-hoc projects to deliver accurate and timely outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day claims support under supervision
• Offer professional advice to clients to facilitate the claims process
• Handle all classes of General Insurance claims and liaise with insurers
• Prepare claims reports and maintain claims data
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and client onboarding tasks
