Qualifications

• Tertiary educated in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical, or Construction Management.
• 15 years of planning and structure experience on complex infrastructure projects.
• Professional qualification with corporate membership is a plus.
• Experience in land reclamation and marine construction sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction and planning team for the project development cycle including reclamation, site formation, soil improvement, marine works.
• Oversee land formation in low-lying areas to create stable building platforms.
• Identify key risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met.
• Lead tender programs and construction methodologies for government and private bids, ensuring resource-loaded schedules align with business objectives.
• Key liaison with top management and vendors for master program and facilitating progress reviews.
