This program comprises of a two-year cross-disciplinary rotation, designed to provide a solid understanding of all functions within a diversified business platform as well as the operations of all major businesses, followed by a three-year professional development aimed at accelerating to become well-rounded Middle Management with specialized expertise in one major business. In addition, selected CPMT participants are offered the opportunity for job rotation at one of CITIC Group's financial subsidiaries in Hong Kong.

Requirement:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above with strong academic background in engineering, science, technology or business.

2.Strong teamwork, problem-solving and communication skills, with good English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

3.Aspire to be a Leader with operational excellence.

4.Be passionate about diverse businesses and enjoy working in different locations.
