Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 is recruiting a Chief Executive Officer for Wealth Management.

The role requires steering the wealth business with in-depth investment analysis, sourcing and executing takeovers and merger deals, and managing the full investment process to deliver strong returns. You will oversee industry research, project assessment, deal execution and investment management, while building and expanding the client base and guiding the sales team to achieve targets, aligning strategy

Competenze

• Wealth management leadership experience is essential.
• Director level experience in the most recent 5+ years.
• Strong client networks and business development capabilities.
• Exposure to external asset manager (EAM) business preferred.

Mansioni

• Set strategic direction for wealth management and oversee investments and M&A executions.
• Lead deal execution, investment management, and rigorous industry research.
• Grow client base and manage the sales team to hit targets.
• Formulate business strategy in response to changing markets.
