Job summary

Hengyu Wealth Management Limited is seeking a senior executive to lead its wealth management division in Hong Kong. The role focuses on strategy, client growth, and regulatory alignment to deliver premium financial planning and asset management services to high-net-worth clients.

You will oversee front-line advisory teams, develop partner channels with private banks and family offices, and ensure compliant, high-quality client service across KYC/AML and wealth planning workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance/Business.
• Solid knowledge of HK SFC, AML/KYC, and insurance broker regulatory framework; licensed required (SFC/license).
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English; strong cross-functional leadership and high-net-worth relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM to formulate wealth management strategy, set annual objectives, revenue targets, client growth KPIs, and monitor delivery.
• Oversee advisory team, partner channel cooperation, and key HNW client relationships; lead new partners including private banks and family offices.
• Supervise onboarding (KYC/AML), proposal review, wealth planning, insurance and asset allocation; ensure advice by licensed consultants.
• Balance expansion with HK regulatory compliance; implement internal controls, risk management, KYC/AML procedures; participate in risk reviews.
• Lead team building, performance management, recruitment and training; clarify roles between advisory and back-office to avoid breaches.
• Report performance, market trends and risk to senior management; coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Marketing on cross-department initiatives.
