Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline is required.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Banking and Wealth Management.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Excellent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium services to private wealth clients and high net worth individuals.
• Lead the sales team, set goals and provide guidance and support.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Coach subordinates and handle day-to-day partner-related issues.
• Participate in product development and enrich service platform.
• Provide wealth management planning ideas using company products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and group policies.
• Explore new markets and opportunities in Wealth Management.
