The CEO will oversee the project's strategic planning, resource allocation, and communication with external partners and investors. The CEO will also lead commercialization activities, ensuring that research results are rapidly translated into marketable products and generating economic returns for the project.

Requirement:

Applicants for post should have:

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate research insights into business strategy.
• Evidence of team leadership (e.g., supervising junior researchers, leading lab projects, or coordinating collaborations).
• Experience in public speaking, grant writing, or pitching research can be reframed as CEO‑level communication skills.

Preference will be given to those with experience in fiber optic sensors & metasurface. Exposure to entrepreneurship, startups, or technology transfer is a plus.
