Job summary

Hong Kong Executive Search seeks an accomplished executive to lead a Hong Kong-based brick-and-mortar business with a technology and crowd intelligence platform. The candidate will oversee daily operations, guide strategic direction, and report to the Board of Directors.

You will work with senior leaders on marketing, technology expansion, recruitment, and governance, promoting cross-divisional collaboration and ensuring regulatory compliance while pursuing sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ongoing operations of the company.
• Manage and directs the company toward its primary goals and objectives.
• Jointly oversee employment decisions at the executive level of the company.
• Work closely with leadership on marketing and technology expansion, senior recruitment and salesforce growth.
• Promote communication and cooperation among divisions to create a spirit of unity in the organization.
• Work with other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
• Present regular reports on the status of the company's operations to the board of Directors and to company staff.
• Oversee the organizations' financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company.
• Review the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
• Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
• Perform other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.

Requirements

• Excellent managerial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
• Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
• Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
• Proven experience in articulating a vision and driving marketing and technology development to create a recognized brand.
• Extensive professional experience in leadership roles.
• Experience in marketing and/or the application of technology to brick-and-mortar businesses.
• Education may vary; an advanced degree in entrepreneurship, business administration, marketing, or technology is desired but not required.
