Job summary

St. Regis Hong Kong is seeking an experienced MEP engineering leader to oversee the inspection and maintenance of mechanical systems at Taikoo Place.

The role requires supervising engineers and technicians, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring compliance with Hong Kong building standards. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in MEP design or project management, professional membership preferences, and a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience, of which 3 years at supervisory level.
• Member of professional institution preferred, e.g. MHKIE, MBSOMES, etc
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering

Responsibilities

• Oversee the inspection and maintenance of all mechanical systems.
• Manage a team of duty engineers and technicians.
• Provide technical support and coordinate with different teams in Taikoo Place.
• Play a key role in shaping the performance and future readiness of Taikoo Place.
• Manage a team of multi-disciplinary technical staff.

• Provide technical support and coordinating with different teams in Taikoo Place

• 10 yrs of exp. in property management field is a must; MHKIE/ MCIBSE preferred
